Due to customer demand a pipework and fabrication section was set up, which during the past 10 years has sustained substantial growth, and we undertake all kinds of pipework, gas, water and process installations, and manufacture pressure vessels to PD 5500:2012 Cat 3.
The last 10 years has also seen substantial growth in Building and Planned Maintenance services to Facility Management Companies, where quality, reliability and attention to detail have become synonymous with the name Park Holland Mechanical Services Limited.

All our work is installed and delivered to the highest standard, we are certified by UKAS for ISO9001 and ISO 14001. We have CHAS, Safe Contractor, Construction Line Accreditation and Gas Safe. All our Pressure vessels and Pressure systems are CE Marked and inspected by Zurich.
Safety is undoubtedly our top priority. All our staff are trained to the highest standards. Including IOSH Managing Safely, CITB Health & Safety Awareness, Asbestos Awareness, COSH, Fire Awareness and Fire Warden, Working at Height, and Confined Space Trained.

We have an approved supplier base for all equipment required within our work who are priced checked on a regular basis to ensure the best possible price for materials and equipment. Our labour rates for all trades are competitive within our industry and offer value for money.

We provide the Industrial sector with solutions for steam, heat, hot water and gas through boiler installations, maintenance and reactive works to ensure our customers are working efficiently and plants are kept running to meet production requirements.
