From design to installation of an upgrade on their steam boiler system.
This involved removal of an existing Danks Boiler which was inefficient and replaced with 2 off 12500kg/hr Byworth Steam Boilers. Boiler house extension and all ancillary equipment. Installation was completed without any interruption to production, completing the installation of the gas only boiler first, once commissioned removal of the existing Danks Boiler took place and the 2nd dual fuel boiler installed in its place.
